Plans for the KIR 8 Canoe

Please find on this webpage six pdf documents which are plans for the KIR 8 Canoe

The Kir-8 Canoe is a 7.1m outrigger sailing canoe that was commissioned by the FAO. It seems that the KIR-8 canoe is an updated model of the earlier KIR-2 canoe, both designed by Norwegian Naval Architect Dr Ovylind Gulbrandsen. The FAO is the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation

In July 2012 I was sent these plans, at first I was tempted to put them online. The issue was of course the intellectual property fot these plans. After quite a few emails I was obtained permission to publish these plans. The proviso is that these plans are not to be sold.
