Outrigger Junior is a 15ft tacking outrigger designed by John Harris of Chesapeake Light Craft. Sail area is 165 square feet. I am not sure the exact status of plans, my guess is that they are slowly in the works. Original drawings were released on John's facebook page in March 2013.
My personal opinion is that it is a quite nice craft. I do notice many similarities with this craft and Chris White's 15ft dragonfly tacking proa. I prefer the pivoting board on Outrigger Junior to the Dragonfly boat, however I also prefer the rig of Chris Whites boat. I cant say if 165 square feet of sail area is too much, may cause issues in that such a large sail area could be hard to control as reefing is only via brailing lines
Plans are not available as of July 2013, will update page when this is so. My guess is that John will sell many more plans than Chris White did with his boat due to better marketing

My 2 cents worth is that I like the hullshape very much, I dont like the rig at all. I would go for a conventional rig, this would move the center of effort forward, this would allow the board to move forward, and hence allow a small footwell, for feet and a little gear.
